Congratulations to Sophie from St. John Bosco Catholic School in Port Colborne for placing second at the A-2 District Peace Poster competition. She will be receiving a cheque for $150 in addition to the one already received for $50 from our Port Colborne Lions Club! Great job Sophie! Each year we contact all Port Colborne elementary schools to participate in our Peace Poster contest and the past 2 years have resulted in placing at the A-2 District level! So many amazing budding artists out there.
